World Oceans Day Clean Up

Come to Piti to help us celebrate World Oceans Day with a clean up! This is a free event and open to all ages. Bring water and wear closed-toe shoes. This event is a partnership between Guam Coral Reef Initiative, LOVE Guam, Department of Parks and Recreation, and the Piti Mayor's Office.

Guam Coral Reef Initiative is hiring a Coral Reef Policy and Communications Coordinator. This is a 12-month, full-time position with an expected start date on or before September 1, 2022. Deadline for applications is Wednesday, June 29, 2022.

GYOR Newsletter - December 2018

Guam Year of the Reef 2018 (GYOR) launched February 2, 2018, with a proclamation signing by Guam’s Lieutenant Governor Ray Tenorio. GYOR is a localized effort of the International Year of the Reef, a global event that occurs every ten years.
